Apprentices will be offered a guaranteed interview for a support worker role on completion of the apprenticeship
This role is a grade 1-2 position with an annual starting salary of £23,151.23 rising to £23,893.00
Further training and development opportunities are available, including levels 3, 4 and 5 apprenticeships and leadership training (depending on role), and progression through into Care Coordinator, Team Leader and Managerial roles.
