The business apprentice will be trained to provide exceptional customer service to our UK and International customers by coordinating between our frontline sales team, third party suppliers and using data within SAP to provide regular updates on the status of project orders.
- Good computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience providing customer service would be advantageous.
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and polite interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in the energy and industrial market sector
Minimum of five GCSEs including Math’s and English Language at grades 9-4 / A-C or equivalent.
