On successful completion of the apprenticeship, full time employment may be offered.
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you may be given the opportunity to study for further qualifications such as HNC, Foundation Degree, BEng, MEng and CEng.
There are also opportunities to progress into supervisory and management roles.
Overtime and changes to working hours may be implemented to cope with operational demands.
