This course if for people with an interest in HR who would like to move in to the industry or are currently working in an HR support role and would like to develop their knowledge and skills and work towards professional membership.
Based on the profession map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work.

After successfully completing this course, you will have a CIPD qualification that can enhance your career opportunities in the HR industry.
Depending on your progress at Level 3, you will be considered to progress to the Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.
