We currently have an exciting vacancies within our manufacturing section at our factory in Seaton Burn, NE13 6BH. As part of our team, you’ll gain hands on experience across a variety of roles, allowing you to develop a versatile skill set.

Possibility of full time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
The successive candidates will be placed on a 3 tier pay scale:
Tier 1 – Apprentice rate – £8.50 per year = £16,575 per year
Tier 2 - £12.60 per hour = £24,570 per year
Tier 3 - £13.24 per hour = £25,818 per year
The successful candidate will be reviewed every 6 months and the criteria is based on a 3-person 1 job scenario as well as an HR criterion of disciplinary status and attendance record.
The factory can be cold during the winter and a full uniform including sweatshirt and fleece will be issued.
Several roles involve heavy lifting, and we prioritise safety. Comprehensive manual handling training will be provided on the first day to ensure all employees are well-prepared.
This is an active, working factory environment where things can get a bit noisy, and you may encounter some wood dust during the production process. We also have a friendly, energetic atmosphere, with plenty of camaraderie to keep the day moving along.
