Enrolment for returning students

We are excited to welcome you back to college! If you are a current student at Hartlepool Sixth Form College and are returning to campus in September, please see below information relevant to you.  

16-18 year olds:

Are you a current student continuing onto the second year of your course?

You do not need to attend an enrolment session. We have enrolled you onto your second year. You should receive an email confirming your re-enrolment in August, this will contain the details of your first session back at college for the new academic year 

On the first day of term, you will receive your new ID card, lanyard and timetable. 

If you received welfare or financial support last academic year and wish to continue to receive this for the new academic year, you must reapply for financial support, your financial support will not automatically carry across to the new year of study. Click here to re-apply.

Are you a current student progressing to new course?

If you met with your tutor at the end of last academic year and completed an enrolment form, you do not need to attend an enrolment session. We have enrolled you onto your new course. 

You should receive an email confirming your re-enrolment in August, this will contain the details of your first session back at college for the new academic year 

On the first day of term, you will receive your new ID card, lanyard and timetable.

Adults (19+ years old):

Are you a current student continuing onto the second year of your course?

If you are studying a 2-year or Higher Education course (where it is an overall qualification and not separate years of a course - e.g. an HNC followed by and HND), you do not need to attend an enrolment session. You should receive an email confirming your re-enrolment in August, this will contain the details of your first session back at college for the new academic year 

On the first day of term, you will receive your new ID card, lanyard and timetable. 

If you received welfare or financial support last academic year and wish to continue to receive this for the new academic year, you must re-apply for financial support, your financial support will not automatically carry across to the new year of study. 

Are you a current student progressing to new course?

You will need to apply for your course via our website. Once you've applied, you must accept your offer. 

You will then be invited by email to book an enrolment session. 

Please bring the required evidence listed in the email to your enrolment sessions. 

Information and details for your first day of term will be provided at the enrolment session.
