How to prepare for results day

• Preparing for the day - If you're feeling anxious or worried about getting your results, don't worry, you're not alone.
• Get organised - Plan how you want to receive your results and who you want with you to reduce any uncertainty.
• Plan B - There are always other options so consider every outcome and prepare for a plan B.
• Distract yourself - Go out with friends or keep busy with other things to distract yourself and avoid worrying.
• Believe in yourself - Believe in your capabilities and stay calm and focused so you can make informed decisions.
• You're amazing! - Whatever happens, remind yourself how amazing you are and how much you've achieved.
