Peter described his time at Hartlepool Sixth Form as fun, challenging and inspiring.
He said:
“The best thing about the sixth form was the knowledgeable teaching staff and the relaxed atmosphere, we were treat with respect and as an adult.
The atmosphere was great, it was more like a campus at University than a sixth form and the support that was given when it came to applying to University was great.
I loved having the chance to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh and the Basketball team, we were a very successful team and I made friends for life.”
Since leaving our sixth form, Peter progressed to Loughborough University to study Sports Science.
